Documentation of data evaluation methods

Extensive collections exist for thematic evaluations for purposes of soil protection and soil function assessment (e. g. erosion risk). Currently, approx. 200 different evaluation options are described. The methods digitally implemented and integrated in the FISBo BGR methods database are based on the documentation of soil-scientific methods for assessing the vulnerability and capacity of soils of AG Boden, a working group on soil of the federal state geological surveys and BGR. Selected methods have been programmed for use in the FISBo BGR methods database that can be applied to soil profile databases (e. g. BUEK1000).
